Ive used tylenol many times and it works good for headaches but not really anytjing that deals with inflammation like it says it does. Wears off too fast.

For me it really doesn’t help due to the origin and cause of my pain. Honestly I think using a heating pad is more effective most of the time. I will say it doesn’t upset my stomach
