I use this all of the time! It works well on nagging tension headaches as well as for aches/pains caused from having arthritis or from just getting older.

Tyneol is good for reducing a fever. 500 mg should have helped you but for me it doesn’t help for headaches. Side effects maybe make you through up sometimes on empty stomach.

I love Tylenol for my pain. It’s more effective than most other products like this! Doesn’t have as bad of long effects either!! So many come in the bottle and such a great value!!

I get headaches often, and always turn to Tylenol Extra Strength for relief. With Tylenol I don’t get rebound headaches that are caused by some other acetaminophen brands.

These work good for headaches too I use it a lot and it works good and you don’t need that many highly recommend these and definitely will be buying more
