Not so great for pain. Doesn't work as good as Aleve. Some people can't take anti inflamatorirs.not worth buying it for pain.i feel like it doesn't do the work.

I don't get headaches often but when I do I take Tylenol and chug water. It usually works like a charm! I keep this in my bathroom and take it with me everywhere

This product works great and really stops my pain and headaches in no time.  This is easy to take it a caplet form that is great for the whole family. I highly recommend it.

Great on the go packets. I prefer it packaged and keep it handy. This strength in Tylenol has helped me tremendously with pain relief vs taking prescription pain killlers.

I always keep tylenol stocked for my family and myself. Tylenol kicks in pretty fast i always take 2 at a time and have never had any issues. Theyre very easy to swallow and cause no discomfort

The extra strength Tylenol works great, goes down your throat easily. They're no more expensive than any other pain reliever. But they do work better than Advil. Would buy again.

You never know when the next headache, body ache, or fever may strike, which is why I always keep my Tylenol on hand. I take two caplets and within thirty minutes my pain has gone away. Very effective and never lets me down.
