Tylenol is my go-to pain medication. It seems to be the most effective for my body. My headaches will go away within an hour or less. It is well priced for its strength as well.

I will always have a box of this in my home. It has saved me on more than one occasion. I will say you do have to wait 30-45 minutes for it to go into effect but that is pretty standard.
