These are good in a pinch when I needed something for a massive headache. I still prefer Excedrine for myself but if you can’t have caffeine these are a great alternative

This is a lifesaver product. Of course you have to be careful about how much you consume but 1000mg works amazing for aches and headaches. Recommend with food

This is a great product that I use alone or with advil if I’m having stronger pain. It is effective with helping relieve the pain. The price is fairly high, but it’s good to have in case you get a headache. Packaged well and easy to use.

Effective and safe. I love the dosage and packing ingredients. Side effects are minimal like brain damage. But it will still make your other pain go away.

I use it only when absolutely necessary. I try to stay away from medication in general, but when I do need it (rarely) it works very well. Takes awhile to work.

Decently effective. Safe when taken as described. Value for the money? Not so much. It's generic counterpart does just as well, same dosage, same strength, MUCH lower price tag.

I used the tylenol when i had a procedure on my foot for the pain after and it worked really well it helped with pain making so it isnt as bad as it already was

This product completely takes away my headaches. I can continue my day with no set backs at all thanks to this product. The price for this product is also great!

I always take a couple of these on the first day of my period because my cramps get super bad. These always work for me and is my favorite product. The only downside is how expensive they are.
