This works okay but it is not as effective as Advil. I definitely prefer Advil over this. But it works in a pinch but not preferred. I will likely not buy it.

I will always have a box of this in my home. It has saved me on more than one occasion. I will say you do have to wait 30-45 minutes for it to go into effect but that is pretty standard.

I think Tylenol definitely works, but compared to Advil and even Aleve I find it is lacking somewhat. Also, I have heard that it is not so great for specific organs in the long run.
