One thing that is constantly in my medicine cabinet is this extra strength TYLENOL because of its effectiveness and quickness. I usually take 2 of these when I am starting to get a headache and they relieve the issue quickly. They are also great for the morning after being out a little too late having some drinks. I don't usually take anything for headaches unless it's a really bad one. Nothing has worked for me except extra strength Tylenol. I don't even need to follow up with an additional dose of it I just need one and I will be good for the rest of the day!
