We all can take it without any side effects and it lasts the longest time of any other brand we have tried. It is safe to take with other meds which make it a no brainer.

Tylenol is effective pain reliever for toothache,muscle pain,headache and many other aches and pains , this was better than any pain killers. Perfect product and packaging , household staple in our home at great size and price. But also shouldn’t drink often because Tylenol can cause a liver toxicity or damage or by someone with a weak liver.

I don’t usually take anything for headaches unless it’s a really bad one. Nothing has worked for me except extra strength Tylenol. I don’t even need to follow up with an additional dose of it I just need one and I will be good for the rest of the day!
