I use this all the time and it works. I like to be able to take the tylenol and then lay down.

Tylenol extra strength is great for pain and headaches. Works fast to relieve pain

I use it whenever my aches and pains are getting to me it works really well.

Tylenol just doesn't seem to work anymore for any kind of relief except maybe fever, or children.
