Worked extremely fast (5-10 min) for severe tooth pain. My only complaint is that it only lasted for a couple of hours. I was also taking 800 mg ibuprofen and it relieved the pain for a couple of hours longer than the Tylenol. This is one of my family’s go to medicine for headaches it got great effectiveness and the packaging is good. You get a good amount for the value of money no scent which is a plus as I don’t like when medicine has a strong smell ingredients is good as it has what it needs to help with pain.

To be honest this doesn't work for me sometimes I feel like it's to weak in doesn't need to be on the shelf it does have good value for pregnant people in health ingredients but reliability i wouldn't depend on Tylenol to make me feel better if it was the last medication on earth.
