High dose acetominophen, if your doc ever gave you 10-325's then it's all 500s and up from thereafter, the 250s might as well be tictacs or buttons

It takes away my normal aches and pains and almost all of my headaches. I would recommend 2 tabs for most people but I am not your MD.

Usually works great! I like the rapid release better for quicker relief. But these are good. Quite big though, so may be a struggle for some to take.

I keep these with me at work and all my coworkers love them. They are fast acting and give them the boost to finish out a busy work day

I am a big fan of Tylenol products. Extra Strength is a great product to take if you need a little more help with pain control.

Unfortunately I’m an outlier and although Tylenol seems to work for most people it does not work for me. I need Ibuprofen or Naproxen for pain.

I don't get headaches often, but when I do this is what helps me the best. I won't use anything else for headache relief.

Works quick and minimizes stomach upset when taken on empty stomach. My mom always suggest these exact ones whenever i'm unwell or menstruating!
