I like to take these when I have a fever and they help a lot. If i have a lot body pain i also take them. They’re great.

Ummm worked for me. I don’t recommend because I do not know your needs and reactions to medications. Works for my headaches and cramps 😬

Works fine. But I would rather use these for body aches than headaches. Works well for controlling body aches after an intense workout.

Tylenol Xstrength caplets have been my go-to OTC pain med for years. Headaches, menstrual cramps and now arthritis!

I use Tylenol as my go to mild pain reliever for headaches and it is usually very effective. I prefer it over ibuprofen.

Great product and works almost instantly. The extra strength one just seems to last longer personally this is probably better and more available

Good pills and easy open bottle but price can be better in my opinion. Last for awhile and works for those bad headaches.

I normally take Tylenol when I have bad headaches. I take two of these with a glass of water then I go to sleep and that does the job for me
