The best medicinefor childrenand adults headaches. Tylenol seems to work best for my body aches and arthritis. If you are searching for pain medicine i would go for the gels because of how quick they work

This is definitely a must have in my home as I am a bariatric. Patient and I cannot take Motrin. Great for fever and pain. I only take it if I absolutely need it. Otherwise I do not take any pain medication.
