We have been purchasing Tylenol name brand for years. I feel like it works when I have headache. Usually you can find coupons which make this product cheaper than a store brand.

I get really bad migraines from time to time and the only pill that seems to give me relief is th extra strength Tylenol. I love this brand because it's safe and doesn't give other side effects.

Worked fairly well but I think i am going to stick with ibeprofun. I find that this product does not work as fast as some others do. It does work however.
