I personally like using this brand of Tylenol. They work fast and they have a good count. They are worth the money. They are effective and safe as long as you use as directed.

My family loves it so much that I have to send them abroad. It’s very effective and with little doses, you can see immediate effect. Very accessible as well.

Tylenol Extra Strength is a great product! It works well for fevers and aches and pains. The extra strength is the perfect dosage for me. The child proof bottle makes it save. I have not noticed any side effects.

Definitely not my go-to (like the ibuprofen liquid gels) but still gets the job done. Within an hour my headache goes away. I would also prefer generic acetaminophen due to price differences.

These start working within 30 minutes after taking it. I use this when I have a really bad headache or when I have terrible menstrual cramps. The packaging is always good and definitely has a-lot for the price.
