This is the extra strength tylenol that most of us are familiar with. Great for travel, or just keeping it handy in your purse. Cap needs to be pushed down and turned to open, so small kids won't be able to access easily. Anyone who uses Tylenol would be.. IMO...better off taking the fast acting gel capsules...but to each his/her own....

This is definitely my go to product right now, being pregnant there are not a lot of medicines that I am allowed to take, tylenol is one of the few that I am allowed and thankfully it works wonders on my pain! Definitely worth the money, five stars in my book!

The only con is, you need to remember not to take more than 4 grams (about 8 pills of 500 mg caplets) of this in a day, and I would not even recommend going into that threshold. Taking too many of this can cause liver toxicity, so you want to be careful of that. Two pills are usually enough in a day to take care of whatever pain you have. It's affordable, it works well with a very few amount of pills, and it poses very little side effects if taken correctly.

I've tried so many different pain relievers throughout the years to control my menstrual pain and occasional headaches but I always find myself coming back to Tylenol. I appreciate the extra strength in the dosage so I don't have to keep taking a bunch of different pills and they start working pretty quickly! I always have some on hand just in case.

If you have a minor headache or light fever I would definitely recommend taking this, if it's anything other than headaches or fevers, I would try something different.
