I can only take Tylenol (acetaminophen) for otc pain relief, and honestly it gets the job done when I need it to. It’s effective, and it works quite fast. It is fairly cheap too!!

Weather ur sick or reagular pain or ach or ur kids are on ur nerves and now ir head is pounding this stuff helps a slight bit im sensitive to meds even over the counter ones but this stuff i need the extra stringth for my self every day
