My go to for pain relief!! Very effective and safe . I just take 2 and that works for a long time for me. I don’t see side effects with it and you’ll get what you pay for.

I’m unable to take NSAIDs with one of the medications I’m on and I forgot how well Tylenol extra strength works. Takes the edge off of a fierce headache, joint pain and fevers.
