I was feeling awful with some sort of upper respiratory infection I picked up from my 2-year-old. I had a nasty cough, aches, and bad nasal congestion. The daytime pills helped make the symptoms bearable so I could function. The nighttime pills did the same and knocked me out. I won’t use anything else for cold and flu relief. Thanks Tylenol!

When this was me, You really should have taken the Tylenol cold + flu severe yesterday when I told you to get it you might not have felt 100% today but better than -100% I finally gave up my stubborn Vicks and kleenex's, now, their is absolutely nothing I count on to get me through the cold season with kids and work than TYLENOL COLD+FLU SEVERE

This product is awesome! I make sure that I stock up during the flu and cold seasons because this is the only medicine (OTC) that I have found that will allow me to tolerate a work day with a cold. I recommend this product to all friends and family. THANK YOU TYLENOL!!!!!!

Whenever I feel sudden pain or cold symptoms I have been taking Tylenol especially at bed time. It works quickly and most of the time I feel refreshed in the morning. It doesn't have to be designated as a "PM" medication, to me it is effective as it is.

I typically purchase the store brand trying to save some money. But not all cold meds are alike. The trade off with buying generic is that you may save money. It doesn't work as efficiently. With the last cold I had I purchased Tylenol Cold and fluSevere and wow what a difference. It took away all the muscle aches and I even got a good nights rest. Sure I can purchase the generic and save money but it just doesn't make sense. It doesn't work as well. I won't be buying generic or other brand again. I'm sold on Tylenol.

I have been using Tylenol for awhile now. Whether i get a flu shot or not i always get the flu at least twice a year.I have found the only product that makes me feel better is the Tylenol for severe colds and flu. Tylenol has help me feel so much better, I would recommend it to anyone that is dealing with a cold, it's been times were I was feeling miserable and I would take at night and wake up feeling like I could conquer the world, my hats goes off to the people that made this product!

I have tried for occasions. Mostly really colds and it really works. For instance, I had a really sore throat and congestion and I took one day tablet for daytime and I felt then I took a night tablet and ever since then I have been feeling so much better. Thank you Tylenol.

Tylenol has been a trusted name in many households for years. I believe that if you were to go into many households you would find a Tylenol product in the medicine cabinet. I myself do. Although, I haven't used this product, I would definitely choose it over others and would also recommend it, just know anything you use is to be used in moderation.
