I typically purchase the store brand trying to save some money. But not all cold meds are alike. The trade off with buying generic is that you may save money. It doesn't work as efficiently. With the last cold I had I purchased Tylenol Cold and fluSevere and wow what a difference. It took away all the muscle aches and I even got a good nights rest. Sure I can purchase the generic and save money but it just doesn't make sense. It doesn't work as well. I won't be buying generic or other brand again. I'm sold on Tylenol.

Does what it’s supposed to do. Clears up cold/flu symptoms for a while before having to take more. Helps to keep me functioning when not feeling well. The nighttime doesn’t knock me out and put me in a haze like some others do (this is good for me!).

I bought this product today, and it was my first time using Tylenol cold and flu severe. I specifically bought it because it was day and night offered. There was nothing wrong with the box and the expiration date read 6/22. Upon opening the box I first noticed that only one pack was intact, various others were torn apart and one of them was open. There is no night time pills which is half the reason I purchased this specific item. And half the pills are expired 5/2021 the other half have expiration dates 12/23 and only one left that I can see expires 6/22. Not sure what exactly happened with packing with this lot but I am beyond disappointed and don’t even plan to use it at this point due to concerns with tampering.

I have tried for occasions. Mostly really colds and it really works. For instance, I had a really sore throat and congestion and I took one day tablet for daytime and I felt then I took a night tablet and ever since then I have been feeling so much better. Thank you Tylenol.

This product is the first thing I go for to help relieve my symptoms.I would highly recommend this product to anyone. I'm able to get through my day when I'm sick thinks to Tylenol cold and flu. It helps you to rest when your sick cause it takes care of your fever,stuffy or runny nose and helps with your aches and pains.

This product is awesome! I make sure that I stock up during the flu and cold seasons because this is the only medicine (OTC) that I have found that will allow me to tolerate a work day with a cold. I recommend this product to all friends and family. THANK YOU TYLENOL!!!!!!

Tylenol has been a trusted name in many households for years. I believe that if you were to go into many households you would find a Tylenol product in the medicine cabinet. I myself do. Although, I haven't used this product, I would definitely choose it over others and would also recommend it, just know anything you use is to be used in moderation.

This product worked very for me I was able to take the needed follow up doses at work with no drowsiness or any other symptoms that would've prevented me from doing my job. I even shared it with a coworker to help lighten up her gold symptoms. I would definitely recommend this to other friends and family.

I have used Tylenol products as long as I can remember taking any OTC medicines. Tylenol has proven over and over to be a reliable and effective product. I recommend their line up to everyone. So thankful to God they are good as they are. Two thumbs up!!

We recently bought cold and flu pills. The nighttime pill used to be blue and daytime was yellow. This box says blue is daytime and nighttime pill is white and looks the same as regular tylenol extra strength. Not sure if this was a Monday, or some idiot mixing up stuff. Not impressed, goodbye Tylenol. I'll buy other brands from now on. How many people are taking blue pills for thinking they are nighttime pills?
