Does what it’s supposed to do. Clears up cold/flu symptoms for a while before having to take more. Helps to keep me functioning when not feeling well. The nighttime doesn’t knock me out and put me in a haze like some others do (this is good for me!).

Whenever I feel sudden pain or cold symptoms I have been taking Tylenol especially at bed time. It works quickly and most of the time I feel refreshed in the morning. It doesn't have to be designated as a "PM" medication, to me it is effective as it is.

We recently bought cold and flu pills. The nighttime pill used to be blue and daytime was yellow. This box says blue is daytime and nighttime pill is white and looks the same as regular tylenol extra strength. Not sure if this was a Monday, or some idiot mixing up stuff. Not impressed, goodbye Tylenol. I'll buy other brands from now on. How many people are taking blue pills for thinking they are nighttime pills?

I have been using Tylenol for awhile now. Whether i get a flu shot or not i always get the flu at least twice a year.I have found the only product that makes me feel better is the Tylenol for severe colds and flu. It simply is the best product for all my symptoms. I couldn't make it through the flu season without it. Thank you, Tylenol.

I'm so serious when I say that you can't get better relief from your cold and flu symptoms in this stuff right here. Anytime I'm sick I'll use this. Especially if I'm really sick and need to lay in bed the night time helps you sleep and feel better when you wake up. The daytime helps you feel almost normal and help you get things done you need to be getting done when you're sick. Great product!

When this was me, You really should have taken the Tylenol cold + flu severe yesterday when I told you to get it you might not have felt 100% today but better than -100% I finally gave up my stubborn Vicks and kleenex's, now, their is absolutely nothing I count on to get me through the cold season with kids and work than TYLENOL COLD+FLU SEVERE

Tylenol has been a trusted name in many households for years. I believe that if you were to go into many households you would find a Tylenol product in the medicine cabinet. I myself do. Although, I haven't used this product, I would definitely choose it over others and would also recommend it, just know anything you use is to be used in moderation.

This is what I take when I have a cold or flu. It helps to relieve symptoms and to get better sleep when not feeling well. The packaging keeps the med sealed and safe from kids. Also the variety pack is what I like so both options of a.m or p.m. pain relief.
