I've used this product because my allergies stuff my sinuses up. IT is not my favorite but Tylenol is one of my trusted brands. I would buy again though if it was on sale. WORKS good for my teenagers. I probably need stronger decongestant than this product offers.

I don’t like to take a lot of medicine, but sinus headaches can be debilitating. This is absolutely the only medicine that works for my sinus headaches. I’ve tried many things and they don’t even come close to the effectiveness of this product. My husband will come back from the store with a different brand of sinus medicine and I will just send him straight back to get this one. It’s the only one that works- literally.
