I have been using this product for quite sometime now when I get my sinus headaches or pre-sinus infection. Has been working relatively well for me. Like others have mentioned, it does cause nausea the majority of the time after I take it and I need to be sure I am not taking it on an empty stomach and am drinking lots of water.

I can not take hardly any thing for my sinus because they interfer with my other meds. My neurologist suggested I try this product and I have been using it for a few months now. It doesn't interfer with my other meds and doesn't nauseate me like all the other brands do.

This has been the only thing that can help me with my sinus congestion. Every time I get a cold my sinus congestion starts to clog both my ears and it gets so difficult to do anything because I cannot hear anything. But I take these and within a few days I’m back to normal. Totally worth the money.

I never took anything for runny nose but i took tbis it works good for me.i feel better now and i am a thyroid person. I am always. Afraid to take anything even if its prescribe by my doctor but i takethis on empty stomache and lay for a few mins and it works good for me. I would recommend to to anyone. I have used this product and I was amazed at how quickly and accurately it located where my headache was! What area that was b causing it! I no longer use prescription drugs! If you have these headaches then you know you will try anything to stop it! Try it! It's amazing

I’m allergic to Aspirin. I was told by my MD that I can take Tylenol. This specific Tylenol has NSAID .please advertise if you are allergic to Aspirin or NSAID Do Not Take this medication. I was on vacation and had a headache I took this medication and had a Sever Allergic Reaction. My husband ran to the local liquor store and bought me Benadryl. It was one of the scariest of my life.

I suffer from allergies and sinus congestion almost all year round and have tried lots of different medications. This really helps with sinus congestion and pressure, pills are easy to swallow. I wish they had a 12 hour formula because you do have to take every 4 hours but it works.

I was really surprised I got three boxes. I thought I was getting one box. This is a good price for three boxes of these. They cost more than that in the stores… I like these they don’t make you sleepy and drowsy no major side effects and I am very sensitive to drugs. And it’s got guaifenesin in it which is a good thing it thins out mucus in your sinuses and your chest to. A sinus doctor told me taking guaifenesin is really good for you because it thins the mucus..

I don’t like to take a lot of medicine, but sinus headaches can be debilitating. This is absolutely the only medicine that works for my sinus headaches. I’ve tried many things and they don’t even come close to the effectiveness of this product. My husband will come back from the store with a different brand of sinus medicine and I will just send him straight back to get this one. It’s the only one that works- literally.
