My sinus headache/pressure/congestion was getting the best of me after taking a sudafed and laid in bed half the day suffering with no relief! Got to the point where relief was desperately needed and googled sinus severe medication. Viola! I've used this product because my allergies stuff my sinuses up. IT is not my favorite but Tylenol is one of my trusted brands. I would buy again though if it was on sale. WORKS good for my teenagers. I probably need stronger decongestant than this product offers.

I never took anything for runny nose but i took tbis it works good for me.i feel better now and i am a thyroid person. I am always. Afraid to take anything even if its prescribe by my doctor but i takethis on empty stomache and lay for a few mins and it works good for me. I would recommend to to anyone. I was really surprised I got three boxes. I thought I was getting one box. This is a good price for three boxes of these. They cost more than that in the stores… I like these they don’t make you sleepy and drowsy no major side effects and I am very sensitive to drugs. And it’s got guaifenesin in it which is a good thing it thins out mucus in your sinuses and your chest to. A sinus doctor told me taking guaifenesin is really good for you because it thins the mucus..

The product is nothing special over the store brands. But the worse part is trying to get the tap packs open. The corners meant to open them breaks off. Then you need scissors to open them. And they better be very good scissors, the plastic is very hard to cut.
