While Zyrtec does treat my allergy symptoms, the active ingredient, cetirizine, causes terrible itches all over my body a day after I stop taking it. I write real reviews giving my honest opinion about a product or service… So getting directly to the point I have the worst allergies ever and I normally just fight thru it because I’ve done it all my life but yesterday I saw the Zyrtec allergy bottle and wanted to try it so far I’m ok I haven’t been sneezing and having drains in my throat and I like it… I’ll continue to take this for a couple more days to see how my body adjust to it and I’ll be back with another review/comment on this matter thx 😊.. stay clear my friends

unfortunately PEG's have been added to this product - after 7 years, I can no longer tolerate this med. Allergy to PEG/petroleum etc -caused bad reaction. Switching to another brand without the long list of additives. Guess cost effectiveness overrides good medicine.

I've always taken Claritin, so when allergies hit this year that's what I took. But it didn't work, and I almost had to cancel my vacation. My friend gave me Zyrtec; my allergies were relieved; and I was able to go to the Grand Canyon with all my friends.

For my allergies I use Zyrtec 24 hour. I find that it works good to treat my allergies all day. The pills are small and easy to swallow. They seem to work pretty quickly as well. I would recommend anyone who has allergies to talk to your doctor and see if they recommend.
