I have used these drops for more than two decades and have never had a problem with them. Using individual vials instead of a bottle reduces the chance of the user's accidentally contaminating the product. I use them routinely throughout the day for lubrication and also sometimes use them to flush my eyes if I have had an exposure that concerns me. I didn't want to give the product itself a bad review, but I would give Sam's zero stars, now that Sam's has started delivering (without shopping bags or other wrapping) from the store when things are ordered for shipping. These drops used to come with a plastic wrapper, which has been eliminated by the manufacturer, so if the box is left at the door, the cardboard picks up dirt and moisture. Look at the expected delivery date - if it is next day or too close, you are going to find the box unwrapped at your door. You really don't want to open a soggy box and be washing the plastic vials.
