I use it to prepare an aloe vera oats n honey smoothie and it fills me up and has helped me loose a lot of weight.

I don't often eat oatmeal, but I use it in some baking/cooking dishes and works fine. It is a good staple to have around.

It’s oatmeal, add raisins, a spot of cinnamon and sweeten to taste with brown sugar great in the morning.
