I use it to prepare an aloe vera oats n honey smoothie and it fills me up and has helped me loose a lot of weight.

The bottom of the canister was open enough that the oats were coming out. Even worse, something could have gotten in!

The Oat Container broke and the oats were in shipping box..They should pack oatmeal boxes in a plastic baggy because the boxes are so fragile...

I eat Quaker Old Fashioned Oatmeal every morning and my cholesterol is excellent. I love hot oatmeal and this is the best there is.
