I recommend Quaker oatmeal, it’s great! BUT, Wal-Mart packaged my laundry detergent, two bottles of juice and other items with my Quaker oatmeal... unfortunately I had oatmeal EVERYWHERE except in the oatmeal box. This was no way to ship a food product.

Was very disappointed when I got my order. The oatmeal was at the bottom of the box laying down and the detergent I ordered was on top and smushed the oatmeal and flakes were all at the bottom of the box. I only had half a container of oatmeal left. Not a happy camper

We always made the instant oats variety until the day we mistakenly bought Old Fashioned and were frustrated by the change in soak and cook time. We learned quickly to soak the oats at least 30 minutes before cooking them for 5+ minutes on the stove top. Wife still prefers instant for time, I prefer old fashioned for the texture. Our compromise? I make the oatmeal. For the people who complain about oats that won't cook? Could the quality of your water be an issue? For a while we owned 2 homes; one in the PNW, the other in the midwest. Our enjoyable coffee recipe in the PNW was awful in the midwest even though it was the very same mail order coffee source, coffee maker, etc. Only the water was different. PNW used twice filtered well water, the midwest used tap water which smelled of sulfur. Using bottled water until we could install a filtration system made the difference. I remember not liking our oatmeal as well in the midwest which used tap water. Altitude and humidity made a big difference in our baking as well with successful recipes for us in the PNW failing in the midwest. Not that making oatmeal is a science, but, where the oats are consistent, the water, climate and cooking methods differ. Blaming the oats doesn't seem credible to me.

I am 86 years old and I have been eating Quaker Oats Since my early childhood. It is a great source of fiber and is a great way to begin each day. Thanks to an excellant company. Please do not go out of business. It makes delicious meat loaf an delicious cookies.

My box was taped and retaped.Oatmeal was opened and dumped all in box.The amount of money send back,its wasn't were't it.My mints were fine Andi am sure this didn't happen at Walmart.this is my 1st problem.Will continue to always shop at your store.Thank you.

The container of oatmeal was damaged prior to shipment or was it tampered with? By the time I received my order, the container was open and the oatmeal was everywhere except in the container. It would of been nice if the individual would have inspected the container rather than shipping something that was damaged.

First delivery was broken open -- but 2nd (a big thank you to Customer Service for taking care of this at no cost!!) -- 2nd delivery was perfect!) The 1st problem was with the delivery service, not with Walmart or Quaker. Thanks for fixing my problem!

I’ve been eating Quaker Oats oatmeal most of my life. Now I’ve noticed the quantity of the oatmeal in the individual bags has decreased by 1/3 while the price has remained close to the same or even increased. This is very disappointing as there was no information given to the consumer of this, nor was there a price decrease. I will be looking elsewhere for my oatmeal from now on.

Oatmeal is a gut-healthy, hearty breakfast that we have frequently. We add fruits or peanut butter. We especially like the rolled over the quick cook. It microwaves perfectly and you don't need to stand at the stove stirring. I use it in making bread and cobblers too.

for just under $9 you get 2 sacks of old fashioned oatmeal,that's 10 lbs,I use 3 cups of oats with the amount of water for this serving size,it lasts 2 people about 4 days, it's much healthier than the instant oatmeal,if you compare that even to generic oatmeal,you can't beat the quality or price anywhere, it's a win,win
