Recurring  issue  in sands springs Oklahoma  with my deliveries. Usually I don't use all of the particular item before opening a new container.  But,  when I'm opening the newer container the whole plastic rim comes off with the plastic ring. When this happens  I pour the new product into the older container, and discard the newer container.

Recurring problem

I use Old Fashioned Oats exclusively in making the crumble topping for fruit and berry cobbler, which I then freeze in individual portions. Old Fashioned Oatsfreezes well, combines with butter and brown sugar well and retains its texture even after microwaving and freezing.

Better for baking than Instant Oats
