I use these almost every morning with my protein oats. I add them with cauliflower rice to make caulioats. So delicious

love these for overnight oats. I add honey or brown sugar and i add fruits in it. It usually not much flavor so that’s why i add the stuff.

I have been eating this product for many many years and taste and texture has changed. I no longer care for this product!!
