I had a severe medical issue just appear out of nowhere and knock me down. DVT/PE Blood clots. I've since made serious diet changes. The oats are my staple.

I'm still hooked on this oatmeal that my grandmother used to serve us for breakfast! So may delicious ways to prepare this and this works great on the bath to relieve dry or sun burned skin when made into a paste with water.

I'll have it hot with blueberries, raisins and walnuts or make it with Grape Nuts, raisins and honey. I love the cold overnight recipes. Between hot and cold choices I have Quaker almost everyday as one of my meals be it breakfast, lunch or dinner

These are my go-to oats. They're consistent, taste good, and the texture is good as well. They are versatile as I can use them for overnight oats, no bake cookies, homemade protein bars, etc.

I set it up the night before with fruit or cook for my husband in the morning if he wants Oatmeal for breakfast. It is cook in meat loaf, a trick of my Grandfather, or just as cereal or in cookies for the kids. All around yummy

I reallylikeit. It easy to prepare and very healthy. The best breakfast! If you add some dry fruit or even banana it will more delicious. All my family love it

I eat Quaker Oats almost every day for breakfast...even created a dinner meal, topping the oats with an egg, chopped bacon and avocado...don't judge me until you've tried it..really good! It fills me up and keeps me going..Love it!
