I've been using this product lately to meal prep overnight oats for the week! I add a little almond milk, some frozen berries, and a little honey and leave it overnight and it's perfect!

My kids love oatmeal for Breakfast. I love that it's a healthy choice over sugary cereal. I can add it to cookies and breads for extra texture and fiber. I would recommend this oatmeal.

These oats are very good but they are not marked gluten free because they are made in the same factory as products that contain gluten. Although this product does not contain gluten.

This is a heart healthy way to have breakfast. It doesn't take too long, and a better option than the instant packages. I also love thus for my no-bake chocolate cookies. Yum!

Oatmeal is one of my favorites breakfast. So nutritious, so tasty, either with water or milk it's just great. I like not to cook it all the way, better when stays nice and firm.
