Old fashioned oats are my favorite.

addition in any food help more to chew than nothing to eat. Fervent feel more hungry.

My kids love oatmeal. I add in freeze dried fruit to make it even better.

I have used generic old-fashioned oats, but Quaker's is always better.

Have on hand to make cookies when my granddaughter comes over next time.
