My container had a hole in it. Oats were coming out. I thought it was just punctured by something in the bag so I used them to make baked oatmeal/fruit bars for my Sons tournament. Mixed in probably $50 dollars worth of other ingredients to find actual mice droppings in the oats. This was literally 1 hour after they were delivered to me. So, your store or warehouse has pest issues. And no one stocking the shelves or picking my order happened to notice the hole with oats spilling out??? Doubtful that it was only my container that had an issue. I’ve never had anything like this happen with a grocery order or store and I’m so grossed out. Thank goodness I realized before I baked these and gave them to an entire wrestling team if 10 year old boys or sold at a bake sale. Very disgusted. Pictures attached.

Everyday breakfast, healthy!

This is my everyday breakfast. I don’t really like it at first and just stick to the packets and flavored one, but this is another level. This is plain, you can add milk or water. I like mine with milk and add mangoes as toppings, and just put a little bit of brown sugar. The mango gives a natural sweetness to it. So many ways to prepare oats, you can make overnight oats, bake cookies, granola, or also good for smoothies. Also My friend told me it helped her with milk production, she’s breastfeeding. A healthy breakfast! 10/10

Our answer to a diabetic diet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband has diabetes and had a hard time regulating his blood sugar, until we found Quaker Old Fashioned. It was the answer, he lost weight and his Blood sugar has been controlled since. 2006. We eat Quaker Oats everyday for Breakfast. In winter we eat hot oats topped with plain fat free Yoghurt, sunflower seeds and berries. Yummy! In Spring we switch to plain Old fashioned oats topped with half a banana then plain Yoghurt, fruit and sunflower seeds. I also make bread and add Oats also oatcakes.

Love these oats. Great

Love these oats. Great for overnight breakfast like: oats, chia seeds, almond milk, yogurt and some fruits and berries. It’s really healthy, easy to prepare, oats become very soft and chewy. And it healthier to eat long cook oats instead of fast, cause your body spend more time to digest food, which means you are not hungry all the time

long time family favorite

I am 69 years old and i have been eating old fashioned oates since my grandma prepared them in cookies , fried oatmeal patties, and in a nice hot bowl of oatmeal .this was before i was 8 yrs. old. I liked my hot bowl of oats because it made me feel good on cold days & dad would let me put maple syrup on it.

I use Quaker Old

I use Quaker Old Fashioned oats to make my overnight oats for breakfast. I have also used it to make an oatmeal-baked breakfast casserole with fresh berries that my kids loved. The old-fashioned oats are easier to work with in cooking than the instant.

Not the original old fashion Quaker Oats

I’m in my 60s I grew up eating Quaker Oats. As I remember old-fashioned quaker oats takes more than five minutes to cook. Today I couldn’t figure out why my old-fashioned quaker oats was soupy, until I read the instructions and it said cooks in five minutes. Even though it is still delicious old fashion quaker oats takes more than five minutes on the stove top and have a stronger oat consistency. Now old fashion equal five minute oatmeal, no good

Lousy shipping/packaging

I just received my order of oatmeal and other breakfast items. Shipping was on time, but there was oatmeal coming out of the packing box! After carefully opening the box, I found almost every item in the box was banged up. The oatmeal (in the canisters) took the worst of the damage and almost everyone was "popped" oped from the bottom. Be careful when ordering certain food items and Walmart needs to do a much better job with their packaging!

A classic for a

A classic for a reason, these old fashioned oats cook very well and work so well in everything from morning oatmeal to cookies and other baked goods. These old fashioned oats have no unnecessary additives, and clean simple ingredients that I can feel good about eating. A great source of healthy fiber.

Great Oatmeal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A bowl of warm oatmeal is what I love to have for breakfast, along beside a glass of milk and maybe orange juice. My quaker oatmeal taste great. Even as a child I can remember waking up to the breakfast table. A bowl of oatmeal was waiting you. And in my family, the oatmeal was breakfast. I believe if we had eggs and grits, it was something special was going to happen that day. Everyday oatmeal was on the breakfast menu. The different with oatmeal back then and today is, their are a variety of new flavors to choose from which makes eating oatmeal better ,and it does taste better. I enjoyed a flavor to my tastebud, instead of eating plain oatmeal. This is a great oatmeal for anyone who likes change. I love the way quaker oatmeal has changed, they have came along way in their style, taste , and design ot their products.
