I love oatmeal and

I love oatmeal and I like to eat it hot or cold, this brand is my favorite and I consume it very often, I rarely try other brands and this one always gives me the best options, excellent presentation, good price/quality ratio and the best option for my breakfasts!

This oatmeal product has

This oatmeal product has been a part of our breakfast for many years. It's great quality for the price. It's healthy and good on a cold day even for dinner. Once my granddaughters were old enough this oatmeal became part if their diet too. Other than as a great oatmeal, the oats are delicious for making oatmeal cookies.

These are my absolute

These are my absolute favorite oats and I use them daily to make my overnight oats! It’s seriously the most versatile breakfast, full of fiber and I never get sick of them! I constantly switch up my recipes/flavors, but Quaker Old Fashion Oats will always be the staple!!

Have been making these

Have been making these bowls for myself since I was a kid. Super heart healthy and a perfect replacement for the sugary cereals we are so accustomed to. I cook it on the stove 1 cup oats to 2 cups water for about 15 mins. 5 mins with the lid on. I add salt to the water to help it boil. Once its done I add milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla to taste.

terrible !

Tried the quick one minute version and loved it. Store only had this olde type. Did not realize there was such a huge difference. This stuff is impossible to cook easily. It tastes different - bigger and denser that requires more chewing and feels heavier. Will have to make special trip to find the ones that did cook properly per the directions and did taste yummy, The olde crap tastes like olde crap.

Something had changed in your process

I don't know what you have done to my Oatmeal but you have ruined it for me. I have been eating the Origional Quaker Oats every weekday for over ten years, Cooking for 5min at 50%. Now it sucks... I finaly found the new directions for it but it is still not edible. I see you have competion so do I need to change brands? Shame on you PepsiCo...!!! Tue 7:30 AM

Been eating this for decades

Something changed recently. The oats do not absorb water much anymore or become creamy. It cooks more like a soup now. I have been eating this for breakfast for decades and not I am not sure I like it anymore. I even tried putting them in Milk over night and it was still like soup. The creamy oats are gone. What did they do to the oats. Makes me wonder if they are not healthily anymore. Seems like they coated them in something to not allow the oats to absorb moisture. Also I tried baking oatmeal cookies. I had to change the recipe to make the cookies good. The oats are definitely not the same anymore. Before they changed I would have rated them a 5 star.

Favorite Cereal

This is my all time favorite cereal. In fact, I just popped some into my microwave, came in to check my email, and, lo and behold, this survey was there! Today I added cinnamon and chopped nuts. After it cooked, I stirred in a carton of apple yogurt. It doesn`t get any better than that.

The only "healthy" product Quaker makes is gross.

This is the only product Quaker can legally say is "good for you", all of their other products are full of sucralose, maltodextrin and msg. But this product is full of GMOs and utilizes more oat flour than it does actual oats. This is what happens when a "heritage" brand is owned by Pepsi Co. Larry The Quaker Man is a poison-peddling fascist!

Winter Mornings

Yes, Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal is the best energy supplier , especially for these cold winter mornings. This has been my breakfast of choice since I was a little girl in the 1930's, growing up on Long Island. I still have happy memories of the Blue Shirley Temple bowl of steaming oatmeal with raisins (my mother's choice) and the delicious feel of "good."
