I love having this for breakfast 5 days a week and it is so good that there have been times i have it for a snack. The texture is perfect. It is not over-powering with the sugar which is something i appreciate. I am so confident in this oatmeal that it is the only one i have ever fed my grand children and just like granny they love it.

I love oatmeal and the packet of Quaker's instant is convenient for workdays. While trying to cut back on sugar, I thought I would try the lower sugar option. I will never purchase this product again. The maple & brown sugar smells like celery, seems extra salty, and leaves my mouth feeling and tasting as though I ate a jar of celery salt. It's not good! Sorry Quaker but it needs to be better.

This is my kids' favorite Quaker Instant Oatmeal flavor. I enjoy the flavor, too, but sometimes I don't want that much 'sweet', so I mix in an envelope of the plain instant oatmeal. It works - not only because of the sweet factor, but because oftentimes I like a bit more for breakfast than what is offered in a single packet. That being said, if the flavor was less sweet, I might consider having it for a mid-afternoon or nighttime snack when I want a little something, but not a large serving.

I love this oatmeal. It is so very delicious. The smell warms the halls at work. It is my favorite. I have been eating this oatmeal for more than 10 years. I tried the weight control version and it has a horrible after taste. I love love love maple and brown sugar quakeroats. I really recommend you try it. You will not be disappointed.

I'm very upset. I've bought this Quaker Instant Oatmeal Maple Brown Sugar on several occasion and to find that my oatmeal all ten bags had small holes in them due to bugs. I'm very dissatisfied and upset that I have to walk across the street in the cold and buy breakfast because my oatmeal has been infested with bugs. If i could i would upload the video and picture to this review but i did post it on Facebook.

In the mornings before I head out to work, I need a breakfast that tastes good, and that is easy to create. That is the main reason I enjoy the Instant Oatmeal Maple and Brown Sugar flavor. My job requires me to use the computer all day and I need some food to power my brain. At the same time, I need to watch my cholesterol levels. I am starting to modify my eating habits by including more oatmeal and that makes my family doctor happy. Quaker Oats, thanks for offering this Maple and Brown Sugar instant oatmeal. The days of eating plain boring porridge are over because oatmeal has been elevated to a new level.

I used to buy this product to feed my kids 20 years ago, but no so much after they weren’t small kids. Recently, I have purchased it again a few times but noticed the maple odor is extreme and permeates everything in the house, microwave, clothing. It concerns me that it has a stronger maple odor than maple syrup itself, as if it is likely chemicals. The strength of the odor makes me lose my appetite and makes me worried to put that in my body. I will no longer buy this product.

Quaker instant oats was something my parents bought and it’s a staple in my household. Unfortunately the last two boxes we’ve purchased tasted awful like stale and moldy cardboard. At first I assumed the boxes were expired but they were still good. Now I’m finding out the recipe changed and it seems like I will have to part ways with my comfort breakfast meal. I have been eating this flavor of Quaker oatmeal for years and ever since the packaging look was updated, the smell is overpowering. If you barely touch a packet, or even the box, your hands will smell strongly of maple syrup. And even worse, once you eat it you need to wash your bowl immediately. Or if using a disposable bowl you will need to throw it away immediately outside. Otherwise it will smell like antifreeze all day long. While it seems to taste the same, I am now worried what might have been changed in the recipe and what I am now eating. I think I may need to change brands which is something I don't really want to have to do, but I'm not sure I can deal with such strong and horrible smell. My husband can't stand it either, and my coworkers have mentioned it more than once. I'm really disappointed with this.

So I've been eating this oatmeal mixed w another brand fifty/fifty 1 pouch of each,well I tried 2 pouches if this and there is something wrong w it it doesn't thicken correctly,I use 2%milk,it's not creamy and it thickens up to a certain point then turns watery never had this problem before they changed ,they are gonna lose this business if they don't correct this cause 8m going to generic,it at least stays thick.qnd I eat it almost every day sometimes 2 x a day.
