Nuts are a good source of protein and a good snack for energy. That’s my reason of this purchase. If I start feeling a lack of energy and it’s a while before a meal, I have a few cashews and can go on for hours. This brand, quantity and price is outstanding. Buy and you won’t be disappointed.

This is my second complaint about a Planters single serving package nut product. When I eat cashews, I expect to begin with a whole nut not bits and pieces or halves. This reminds me of an individual packet of nuts that you would sprinkle on an ice cream sundae.
