These are pretty good peanuts. And they're Planters so duh. But blindly grabbing from the box I always seem to get honey roasted. And regardless there is always peanut dust in the bottom that makes be cough. As far as taste I prefer freshly roasted peanuts in the shell instead. In addition I was ruined recently by being introduced to delicious spicy dill almonds which makes the flavor choices boring by comparison.

Who doesn’t love Planters nuts? I purchased these to put in a giant basket on my porch among other snacks for UPS, USPS, DHL, Fed Ex and Amazon delivery people to help themselves during the holiday season because they work such long hours. They were perfect for that. Good protein and tasty. Made a big hit.

I love nuts. I can eat unlimited volumes of them. Hence, this portioned packaging is ideal. Size is enough; others are too small and just whet appetite for nuts. Also stay fresh longer than opened larger packages. Very fresh, taste and crunch excellent as expected of Planters. Expensive per unit but for me it's worth avoiding the binge. And the ability to grab and go is great.

Stale right out of the packets. Instead of buying cans of peanuts which tend to go stale after a week or so unless you eat them up in a hurry, I thought these packets would give me fresh peanuts whenever I wanted just a few. My mistake. They are stale right out of the packet--not terribly stale, just not fresh. So disappointing.

Cashews are my husband’s favorite. Then the honey roasted peanuts. Lastly is the plain peanuts. This is a great variety pack of all three. I wish there were a better ratio (like 8 of each, instead of 6,6, and 12). But, these are a quick and easy snack that doesn’t melt or get squished in a lunchbox.

These guys have been around forever, so they are just ridding on their reputation but, I tell you, many other brands are eating their lunch! They need to find other better tasting peanuts from farms with rich new soil. Using the same farmlands for so many years, "tires" the soil and you will get plain tasting or no-taste peanuts (or fruits for that matter!) which is what I feel I got. The Honey Roasted peanuts are super lightly "honey-ed" and not much "roasted" flavored, to me. They are ok, but I feel it's time to evolve more aggressively or...

Peanuts were great except the regular salted peanuts taste so much different than the ones in the large jar. They tasted more light raw peanuts. My son and husband said the same thing. My husband eats Planters peanuts all the time and I mean all the time so he would know. Just different.
