[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They melt perfect, I used for cookies, pancakes for my grand children, muffins and I would reccomend them to any one looking for a Chocolate chip that has consistent flavor every time and they are delicious. Nestle is the only chips I use.

Household Staple Toll House Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels have been a staple in our home all my life and in our catering company for over 20 years. We we present guests or family with warm house made chocolate chip cookies, it is perfect. We have also found traditional Toll House Cookies to be an awesome sweet finish to a formal wine paired meal.

When given the opportunity to receive a free sample of the morsels to use in a recipe, I jumped at the chance to try something new and different. I chose to make a Chocolate Chip Coffee Cake, knowing that the rich flavor of the semi-sweet morsels would match well with the sour cream based coffee cake. The hint of cinnamon in the crumb topping balanced perfectly with the chocolate. The best thing about using Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Morsels was the quality of the product. Each bite was what one might expect from Nestle - delicious and creamy. The morsels in the coffee cake itself were gooey and perfectly melted. I am a grandmother of 5 precious kids , 4 boys and 1 granddaughter. their ages range from 10 years down to 6 months. Allison, my only granddaughter , is our 10 year old and ever since she was a year old the Sunday before Christmas we always bake chocolate chip cookies and we only use the best chips, and of course those are Nestle Chocolate Chips . They have been doing chocolate for generations and that's what I want to pass on for the next generation... Keep on "Doing" chocolate.

I see a few negative reviews about melting chips in a microwave. Not surprised. Doesn't matter what brand of chips you use, the only proper way to melt chocolate chips is with a double boiler. Here is a simple trick if you don't own one. You can make a simple double boiler from a small sauce pan (2-3 inches deep), a small glass or metal bowl, and a few disposable chopsticks. Use the chopsticks to create a gap between the bowl and the saucepan so that steam can escape. Keep stirring with a rubber spatula until melted. If the recipe calls for it, now is the time to add butter or milk.

I take the basic original recipe and doctor it up. I only use a 1/4 of cup of both sugars and add chopped up pieces of candy plus the chocolate chips,and I add butterscotch and white chocolate chips as well. Then add this all to the flour mix by folding in all the candy and chips and bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool on a rack .

I bake all the time for family and friends and ONLY use NESTLES chocolate morsels. My husband and 3 sons especially enjoy the "LIMITED EDITION" holiday varieties that you have every year. I stock up as soon as I see them in the store. Can't wait to see the varieties you have this year! Thank you NESTLES......have a wonderful holiday season!

Why would you change the perfect product? Don't tell me you didn't change the chocolate chips, they definitely taste different and they're gritty. My husband was making chocolate chip cookies and gave me a few chips to eat while the cookies baked, they tasted terrible, I asked what brand they were and he said Nestle, I said are you sure? They are horrible, don't waist your money on them.

Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels are the BEST! I love to use them when making Buckeye Bars. The smooth and creamy texture makes it easy to spread. I have tried other brands, and nothing meets the taste of Nestle! Nestle is a brand you can trust.

I made the recipe from the bag. I did not use nuts & should have added a little more flour. So they flattened more than expected. Yet,still as tasty as anticipated.
