I make chocolate fudge every year. The recipe calls for three bags of morsels. I only use nestle brand. It makes the creamiest fudge. Makes me hungry thinking about it.

Always keep plenty on hand for so many recipes. They melt nicely but firm up after cooking. Have used for years and my results always win praise! My best hunt: when cooking, pop a few in your mouth as payment for your bake job!

Nestle chocolate chips changed! They are harder and grainy and don't melt nearly as well! After 45 years of using Nestle, I have CHANGED brands! I now use Guittard...nestle is no longer the best!

Please, please return to your original semi sweet morsels. These ruined my fudge as well as a family tradition. It was terrible. I have never had chocolate that won't melt. What a shame

I love Nestlé semi sweet toll house morsels. They are the original chocolate chips that we used when I was a child in the 60's for chocolate chip cookies! They are the only chocolate chips to make the best cookies!!
