My GI doctor suggested that I add additional fiber to my diet. Other types of fiber are not as easy to take as these gummies. Very convenient with no mixing, etc. Just chew them.

These work just okay for helping regularity. They didn't cause me any abdominal issues like gas or bloating and they taste okay, fruity and tangy. The texture is chewy and chewy and more chewy. I'm not a huge fan of a gummy that is hard to break up with your teeth, and these things just don't want to chew.

This particular product Vitafusion Fiber Wells are an excellent product I have had major upgrades in my digestive system and in being able to be consistently regular. I highly recommend these! They are an excellent dependable product, and if you are faithful in taking your appropriate supplement each day, I take them once in the morning and once at night, you will find that your health will tremendously improve in regard to your digestion and all of those little things that go with having a happy tummy!

Fiber Well Gummies have worked well for me. I need more fiber in my diet and decided to give them a try. They have done the trick! They are easy to take, soft and easy to chew and have a nice flavor. For those who watch their sugar intake these are sugar free. I would highly recommend them.
