These do not work - taken about 2 weeks and did not appear to have enough fiber.

Use them to balance my system so I don’t have hard bowl movements. I take 4 a day because I eat a lot of cheese on a low carb diet.

Great flavor, taste, texture and keeps me "regular". A definite must if you're looking for something to take to soften stools and/or stay "regular".

Easy to eat, gummies taste good, it works as instructed. I’ve noticed results in less than 2 weeks. It’s an affordable price for as many gummies as you get. It’s been over 2 months and gummies are still fresh in container.

I still gave this 5 stars because I have used these for years. Unfortunately I ordered at the wrong time of year and it was one solid gel lump. Took it to my Sam's and they refunded my card.

Good fiber, gave me good BMs every day. But, directions say to chew fully before swallowing, and these things are impossible to chew. Albanese gummy bears, they're not. If you want a sore jaw, get these. Otherwise, stick with prunes.

It works. 2 gummies 2x a day for “severe” cases or 1 gummy 2x a day or total of 2 gummies every evening is great for maintenance. Rather than a FIBER DRINK.
