However my daughter saw me do it and thought that meant it had a taste and she said she didn't like it. However when I snuck it in her drink she never noticed! It's nice that it contains no lactose. It's certainly easy to take; no pills. However it requires a scissors to open the packet. I would note that it contains mannitol, which is digestive trigger for many people. Why add mannitol? If it needs some sweetness a normal sugar would be more appropriate.
