(Applesauce works great). The box of 30 packets is convenient for travel and storage. Germs come home from school so adding this protection with vitamins is smart. The flavor and form did not deter them at all which sometimes happens with similar products. As for the claims, we didn't really notice any positive changes after using this. No negative ones either for that matter. I guess what I am saying is that this certainly can't hurt. I did receive a free sample and am giving my honest review.
