I was a skeptic at first, but after trying them out, I have been a repeat buyer. They work great on me. I still have to eat a lot of fiber, but these help especially when I have trouble getting to the recommended fiber intake. They taste good and work good. I would like to give more stars, but with my recent Sam's club experience, I have to drop it down a little.
