I love the option of simply mixing in a probiotic with a beverage. I used this with my daughter and would recommend mixing in something already flavored if you have a picky kid, water did not work for us with the flavor of powder. Juice did much better for her! I still prefer a chewable version but this is a nice option for kids that are picky about chewables.
