She didn't enjoy it though as she was expecting it to be a fun flavor. She didn't notice when it was added to food versus in a drink. The single serving packs are convenient and appreciate that the product is allergy friendly and doesn't contain sugar.

I started to incorporate this probiotics in my 3 years old child’s diet daily a week ago, not sure about its long term effect, at least there’s no bad side effect, and it seems to help with her digestion.
