These gummies taste good but they are not very easy to chew. I store them in a warm place so it’s not because they are cold. I tend to bite them with my front teeth so I can get them into smaller pieces then just swallow them.

This is probably the easiest way to get your fiber. For those that are complaining about them all being stuck together, I find this to actually be a benefit because they only come out of the bottle a few at a time making it easy to dispense.

This work great. You need to take two gummies to get the 5 mg of fiber. These have a very strange chew since they are sugar free. It always feels like you are chewing on bits of rubber.
