Sturdy,reliable, neat, affordable. All the pluses. I also love the new stay open version. It's great for getting food in cleanly. My freeze is stocked thanks to ziploc.

This stay open design was great for dry and light transfers into the bag. Liquids or heave products the bags stayed open but still needed support to prevent spilling.

I have used Ziploc bags for as long as I can remember. The last box I bought are useless as they split and tear off at the top making it almost impossible to (eventually) open. I am sorely disappointed in your product now, please do something - I do not want to waste my hard earned money on something I cannot use.

They store large amounts of food and are super durable. We use them to freeze a lot of bulk meat. It's always handy to have these in the pantry.

These gallon sized ziploc bags are incredibly useful. I use them in many applications other than just the kitchen. They perform very well as their intended purpose; they're strong and don't leak. I use these to put all kinds of things in: leftovers, supplies, organizing anything (example: supplies for making birthday cakes and cupcakes, sprinkles, etc, that aren't used frequently, but also include many smaller parts, these are great for keeping it all together and pulling it all back out when you do need it. I also use them with my kids homeschool as well as our farm. Just those two applications are endless!!! I prefer this type over the sliders because the sliders do have a tendency to pop off and really defeating the goal. Overall, in my opinion, gallon sized ziplocs should be a staple everywhere! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accidentally bought the "storage" instead of the "freezer" style bags recently. they're definitely thinner, and I'm bummed that I can't use them for storing meats in my freezer, but they still work for defrosting and marinating. I definitely prefer my freezer bags for the extra functionality of standing up to the cold, but these will do for the time being.

We can actually pour liquids and food with this new stay open design without using both our hands holding the bag and pouring the liquid in it. It is very convenient to use. Little time consuming as we have to open and fold the top covering and make it stay open but after we do it, it's easy go. No hassle of liquid falling down or holding the bags.

When it comes to putting leftover stew and such in the freezer these give me peace of mind that it will remain in the container. Also wonderful for giving cookies to my mom where I not easily get a plate or such back. Convenience it's the game and these are the winner.

The gallon bags that laid flat fit papers. I used them for school papers, work papers, bills, letters, cards. They were wonderful for organizing !! The ones with the flat bottom does not hold a flat sheet of paper. And they put grooves in my papers. I have been all over town trying to buy the old bags. So heartbroken ! I miss my old Ziploc bags
