I use them to store my raw chicken and put them in the freezer. They keep my chicken fresh for a couple of weeks when I'm not going to use it right away. I also use these bags to store opened packages of cookies and other treats that don't come in a resealable packaging and everything stays really fresh! 10/10 recommend!

There's two specific things I really like about them. 1. The top edge of the bag is textured, so when you grasp it to pull open the zipper, your fingers don't slip. This can be helpful if your hands are wet from cooking or crafting or whatever. 2. The bottom of the bag is designed to sit squarely on the counter so it stands up and stays open while you fill it! This is ingenious and will prevent those super annoying spills.

Ziploc Gallon Storage bags work great. They are hefty and have a zip closure to keep food fresh. They are great to use for food or any small items you would like to keep together. I like these storage bags and highly recommend them. They are a little more expensive but are made better than many cheaper alternatives.

I am often doing this by myself and usually make some kind of mess or spill. I tried out these Ziploc gallon bags and didn't spill a drop!!!! I opened it up and folded the edge over, then proceeded to fill it as it stood open. It was great! The only issue I had was when I opened the box: there is a perforated opening that allows you to have access to the bags, but it would not tear cleanly. I ended up shredding the edges of the box so the bags did not feed out in the proper way. That was the only issue, and it would not make me hesitate to buy these Ziploc bags again.

They open without much effort, and they can even stand on their own as I fill them. They are great to use with liquids. The seal is tight and seals completely. There is no leakage. The bags are durable. I will be buying these again.

We use these for so much. These are so versatile in that they hold all sorts of items that dont necessarily fit in a square container. They are excellent for marinading and for freezing items. They are great for organizing. They take up less room than hard plastic containers. Highly recommend.

My extended family and I love the ziplocbags, especially the newer half gallon ones, which was the best idea because sometimes you just need that in between size. Lately though, we have had an issue with opening the bags. Let me say that I love the quality of the bag and the fact that they seal so well but when I go to open a bag, they are ripping between the blue lines and the main sealed part of the bag. This is happening more and more and I then have to throw them out. I like to reuse them.

Ziploc bags are great for storing everything from food to toys and makeup. Inuse them for freezing meat like chicken and steak because they stay sealed and do a good job of keeping freezer burn away. They also don't buat or break. They are easy to close up and have a nice spot to write on to label and date. A must have in the kitchen.
