White cheddar used to be my favorite flavor of CheezIts. The flavor has totally changed recently. Not only do they not even taste like cheddar, but they have a strange aftertaste. Ive tried for months to adapt but the taste is just not at all appealing. I wont be buying white cheddar again.

My kids and I love white cheddar cheezits and buy them often. I bought 2 boxes of pantry size recently, both in date and no issues with packaging. Something is off. Theu taste almost somewhat stale but just tasteless. Its hard to describe. Obviously there is an issue because I see multiple complaints here and on reddit. I think tje company needs to research amd most likely issue a recall because there is a quality issue recently.

White Cheddar Cheez-Its have been my go to breakfast for several years, but the last few boxes I purchased have not tasted the same. They have an odd flavor that it not good. I thought the first box was ruined and discarded them and bought a second one, only to find the taste the same. If you change the recipe, PLEASE change it back or I will have to find another product for my grab and go breakfast because this one is a zero.

I first tried these out last year and I loved them, and I've been eating them a lot for a while. But recently, you guys changed the recipe and I am not a big fan. Now there's a bit of sweetness to it that is a bit like a cookie. Now, don't get me wrong, I like cookies, but the sweetness is a bit... strange. I haven't been eating them since and I still have cravings of the old white cheez-its. A revert to the previous recipe would be highly appreciated.

My favorite flavor of Cheez-It's have always been White Cheddar, and I bought a box after not having them for a while, now in April 2026, they have completely changed. They tasted borderline stale and old, while being still in date and not actually expired. If the recipe changed this is a huge mistake. This was the best tasting white cheddar snack, but not anymore. Unfortunate and disappointing.

I buy these things literally all the time. The last two boxes (Family Size from Walmart) have been TERRIBLE. There is no cheese flavoring, and an overwhelming flavor that I can only describe as stale cooking oil. The crackers do not taste stale - they are still crispy and flaky. There is still visible flavoring powder on each cracker. If the recipe has changed, then you all need to change it back and fire the person who came up with the plan. As it stands, I guess you have lost a 30-year customer.

Bought these for the first time. They are terrible! They have a very funny nasty taste. My daughter told me to buy them. She said they are delicious. Well, she was shocked too. She said something is wrong with these. Needless to say we threw them away

Recipe has definitely changed recently. Purchased a box in April 2026 flavor is totally different. Taste bland and the texture feels stale. These have always been a staple in my household as I’m a picky eater yet they are awful now. Glad to see I’m not the only one who noticed

I am a huge fan of the white cheddar cheez it…however, the most recent box I bought and opened today is absolutely terrible and I am so grossed out. They are not expired and there are no obvious defects to the box or bag. The taste I’m picking up is almost like they have been cooked in some sort of machine oil or on dirty equipment. I am highly disappointed in this purchase and feel nervous to even buy another box…food these days is expensive and would expect to get the product I’m expecting…not something that tastes inedible.

Something changed. I’m not sure if it is a bad bad, or miss in quality control, but the current White Cheddar is inedible. We have needed to throw out two large boxes because of this, which is not easy considering how expensive groceries are in general. From a staple in our home to no longer in our home.
